All you need in order to become a member is to return the application form he sends you along with a cheque, and that is it.
The membership fee is currently £7.00 pa and £1.30 per child(u18). Most of us are members of the national YHA, though if you are planning to come away on Group hostel weekends you will be covered under our 'Group Card'.
Why not come along to two or three events before you sign up properly. With a membership of about 100 you'll meet a number of different people at different types of event.
